More to the point, Money can get tight on oblivion so I thought of something to solve that. In the impereal city in the market district there should be a bank that you can loan money at. First, you can loan up to 50,000 gold. Second, you should have to pay your dept in 2 weeks or a bounty hunter(s) should come after you in dadric armor and weapons even at any level. Third, it shouldl have a seceret door leading to a theafs guild fence(s). Last, it should have merchants to barter with. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Telyn Posted June 28, 2011 Share Posted June 28, 2011 Did you search on "bank" to see the banks that have already been made? There are a bunch of mods that add fences and new merchants, just not all in the same place. The IC market district tends to be pretty laggy and crowded and lots of mods try to change things there.
