VIitS
So, it would be immensely useful (for many kinds of mods, but especially scrap mods) to be able to select a group of records, and just apply a script that adds them to a FormID list. Unfortunately, I have no experience with scripting for xEdit, so it would be a while before I could figure out how to do it. Anyone with some experience want to make a script to batch add records to an FLST?
VIitS
Eventually figured out a way to convert a script from Automation Tools for TES5Edit to work with formID lists. If anyone else wants to use it: code for ze script of DOOM Requires the mteFunctions.pas script from Automation Tools. Fat lot of help you were . PoliteRaider
Sorry, would have loved to have helped but had zero idea how to do that. I didn't even know there are automation tools for xEdit. It's good to know that there are though, so thanks for sharing the links.
Ethreon
Spent 4 years learning pascal. Four bloody wasted years, 10 h/week. You know what we've learned most advanced? Divide et Impera. And now I come to make mods and learn that Pascal would be a great thing to know around.
