Is there a prop/item placement mod? Weapon trophies?

So I finally dusted off Fallout 3 and modded the crap out of it, because the Gmod Fallout RP server I usually play on is busted due to Garry breaking things. So here I am, after a few years of inactivity. Now, I'm posting here because I don't so much consider this a request as an inquiry as to whether or not the mod exists. If it doesn't, I'll let a moderator move this to the requests section if they want--or delete it myself and repost a new post there.

 

Anyway, I'll cut to the chase. I'm curious to know if there is some kind of mod that will allow me to easily place items or at least guns on shelves, desks, or even mount them on walls. Currently my only home is in Megaton. I always felt the Fallout homes were terribly lacking in comparison to Oblivion where I often decorated my home with unique weapons--even if it was quite the pain in the ass to place them sometimes. I know it sounds silly, but imagine something like the Physgun in Garry's Mod. While I doubt such a thing is feasable in Fallout, I'd like something that can lift up items upright and permanently freeze them in mid air--or pin them to an object, or whatever.

 

Basically, what I want to know is if there is a mod that makes decorating my home easier? Such as weapon racks? Or perhaps a mod that gives me a better home to mess with? Something larger, and less claustrophobic than the Tenpenny apartments or the Fallout house. I've tried searching the site, but to be honest, I have no idea what key words to use. ^^;
