Suggest some trusted mods?

I have steam version of GotY, so all DLCs

 

Blank means I know of none, 1 means it's the only one I know, and multiple means I can't decide

 

Combat

-Melee: Deadly Reflex, Duke Patrick SCA Combat

-Ranged: Eagle Eye, Duke Patrick Combat Archery

-Magic: Supreme Magicka (not Midas Magic, too overpowered),

-Assassin-esque immersion: A Brotherhood Renewed

-Dual Wielding: Seph DW

Core Mechanics

-Default Races/Birthsigns Reworked(I don't mean new races):

-Leveling: Realistic Leveling(since their update I thought it's very good)

-Stealth: Stealth Overhaul

-Alchemy: Advanced Alchemy

-Horses: Horse Management(looks very promising!)

-Crime and Law: Reneer's Guard Overhaul

-Inventory management: DarkUI wz_inventory

-Weight, fatigue(more realistic, but not more annoying):

World

-More equipment, arms, armour:

-Monsters: MMM

-New areas, dungeons, camps, etc: Elsweyr Desert

-Quests(whether just quest packs or coupled with addons, especially assassin-esque ones):

Interface

-UI: Darnified Dark UI

-Minimap: Minimap

-Any utilities big or small: keychain, A to Take All, (welcome any other suggestions)

Immersion: don't know of much, any suggestions are helpful, (though I don't need graphics overhauls, care more about gameplay)

 

I'm looking for mods that don't stray too far from the essence of Oblivion(big reason I don't prefer Midas Magic and FCOM), adds to realism and immersion, help improve balance and gameplay, are made by professionals, are stable and either up-to-date or in a complete/final state, and finally any mods that add to the assassin flavor is appreciated(and yeah I'm reading lists from List of Lists) Need not mention purely graphical mods as I find the graphics are okay, care more about gameplay anyway

 

Can you help me choose, find alternatives, or just fill in the blanks?

For Crime and Law I'd recommend Reneers Guard Overhaul

For dual wield I'd advise Seph Dual Wield + Akaviri Imports for offhand swords.

For Inventory Management I'd recommend DarkUI wz_inventory, because you already have DarkUI

-Horses: Horse Management, Horse Armour Official DLC (Costs Money).

-New Areas, Dungeons, Etc: Elsweyr Deserts of Anequina(sp?).

-Weight, Fatigue: Depends on what you want, whether it's no encumbrance or more dynamic encumbrance. There are mods that do both.

-Melee: Deadly Reflex or Unnecessary Violence.

-Magic: Supreme Magicka, Better Soul Gems.

I agree with Bencebence with all three of his suggestions also.

You might check out Arthmoor's stuff he's kind of a purist, if you're looking for non-intrusive mods.

For race/birthsign I don't really know what are you looking for, but I can advise these: Blademans Better Birthsigns or maybe Race and Birthsign Optimization and Overhaul

Weight, fatigue: More Realistic Encumberment and Fatigue mod

I'm also a big fan of this mod.

 

FCOM (which unites the OOO, MMM, Frans and WarCry) is also VERY good, it adds a lot of armors and weapons into the game, among a lot of other cool things, though it's a pretty advanced mod that can be complicated to properly install so only download it if you're a fairly experienced mod user.
