Imported (Converted) Model Texture Problems

So i want to use the StoneChurch from Fallout 3's DLC Point Lookout in my New Vegas Mod...

 

What i did is: I exported the models of the Stonechurch via Fallout Archiver into my Data/Meshes/etc., created custom static item in GECK with those models, i can place both in the world without any problems, and visit them ingame...

 

So my Problem is: the textures... originally the Stonechurch (or cathedral as it is called in fallout 3 geck) is covered with roots, leaves and some dirt (interior and exterior), but they are missing, instead their are glitchy ugly squares, the normal building textures are okay

So my Question is: how can i export that models from fallout 3 and import them to New Vegaz corectly with all textures etc needed, i searched the texture files in the archive of Point Lookout with no success
