syprus32567
Ive become inlove with housing in the world of Oblivion. Currently ive made a lair out of the sewer (the one at the start of the game) But what kind of respectfull Dark Lord lives in the sewer? So i need something EPIC!And empty ofcourse. As the most fun part about housing is decorating. I've looked around and only found 3 actual empty houses: The ranger house, The Darkwood house, and a mod that changes the buyable houses into empty houses. But none of these seem very.. Appealing; The ranger house ive already used in my old oblivion, aka bored of it. xDThe darkwood house seems to use a building for a load of quests.. Aka it would conflict if making a new char. And the last houses just arent big enough for such a powerfull lord. ^^ Dont get me wrong. Each and everyone of these mods are AMAZING. Downright mindboggeling. But i do not feel that they do justice to my vision of my home. Any info is good. Thx!
wetblanket
If you find an otherwise perfect house you can always remove static furniture etc. with the 'disable' console command in-game or edit the esp in the CS - a very straight-forward and easy task. So just target a bench and type in disable? But wouldent it come back after a while/restart/reload? Otherwise thats pritty awsome.

wetblanket
In case you are not already aware of it, Imperial Furniture Renovated would be useful to you most likely.
syprus32567
Yes Imperial Furniture is really one of the main reasons i want an empty house. As renovating is great.
wannsa
I would ask why you haven't jumped into modding your own house then? I couldn't find a home that fit my needs so I went ahead and built one. The good is it's exactly what you want, especially with our great modders giving us resources to use. The bad for me, its never done. But for you just wanting an empty house, that wouldn't be too hard to do and wouldn't take much time at all. You could even add a few things to supplement the Imperial Furniture Mod (which is what I do) http://cs.elderscrolls.com/constwiki/index.php/Category:A_beginner%27s_guide A link to the Construction Set Wiki which is where I learned how to mod. The tutorial on the house mod is very easy to follow and will give you a great start. Of course, chances are someone out there has just what you are looking for already.Good luck!
