Is there a mod like this?

I'm looking for a mod that basically makes the character designing better; like more options, colors, sliders, etc. I'm talking about just the visual aspect of the character, not class or anything. Oh, I'm also not looking for premade designs or characters.. anything like this? I'm pretty new to mods.

For sliders, no. Oblivion uses Facegen SDK, and it's not something that ordinary mod can touch.

For hairs and eyes, check any cosmetic compilation mod.

And do not forget to get better facial texture. Natural Faces or Improved Facial Textures replace age maps for better ones, making faces from stock races look a bit better.

Ah, that explains why I didn't see anything like it. And I mainly just wanted to change the player character, I'll look for premade ones then. Thanks :)
