AlabamaRebel
I'm not very good with load order either, that is why I use the NMM and let it put them where they think they should load.
ClericofMeridia
If you look up, and download the latest LOOT installation "snapshot", it will sort the mods for you, and give you warnings and other related messages regarding mod conflicts and other incompatibilies. I hope this help. If you don't already have it, I also recommend 7-zip to help you with that as well, you'll need it or another program like it to open the archive and install LOOT. All that NMM does, is put the load order in the order in which you installed and activated your mods, it doesn't sort them for you, as far as I can tell. http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/5310/?tab=2&navtag=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nexusmods.com%2Ffallout4%2Fajax%2Fmodfiles%2F%3Fid%3D5310&pUp=
