dpcollier128
I've seen the mirror-finish done in a couple of mods, but I can't seem to get it to work for me. Any suggestions?

Any suggestions? This technique you speak of is actually very easy to apply to a mesh and doesn't require any new or modified texture.Simply, open your .nif file with NifSkope and select the mesh (or NiTriShape or whatever it is). Then, select the object's NiTexturingProperty and change the Apply Mode to APPLY_HIGHLIGHT. Then save it and your done! Hope that helps!

You make it sound so simple, but how do I change the apply mode?It is simple. Once the you've selected the NiTexturingProperty, look under Block Details and change the apply mode by double clicking whatever is under the Value column and picking what you want from the drop down. If your not seeing the Block Details section just press F2.
