need help with making a thor hammer

i want to make add the lightning blast from the robotDLC to a remodel wrench(thor hammer model) i dont know how.

anybody could help?

 

im trying to make it do:

• lightning blast on regular strike like a really slow gun
• constants stun on melee bash
• always have the enemy dies flying
• making it surge with lightning(optional)
