CTD whenever I cast a spell/attack

I have absolutely no clue what's causing it as I didn't change a single thing. Everything was working just fine one minute. I turned off my game, left my computer for about an hour, came back and now I can't attack or cast spells without the game crashing. Can someone help me out, please?
