Could someone please turn this dds into a working nif?

I want to learn how to structure things correctly for custom meshes.

So I have been able to turn this DDS label https://drive.google.com/open?id=0BwCbW8O1AnqfaVJtLWNkeTZwYmM

Which is viewable as a nif in this file: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0BwCbW8O1AnqfWld5b1lPMEJJVTQ

Then I created a new wine bottle by copying the base one into a new entry. I then set the path to find the nif file as a nidentical path as an unpacked archive would be.

But the game crashes as soon as it is rolled over in the inventory. What am I doing wrong? I've tried so many things. If someone could do it, i'd be very grateful because I could learn how to do it by reverse engineering it.
