NorthernNinja Posted July 4, 2011 Share Posted July 4, 2011 As I am rolled away on the trolley after being born, at the birth scene, I am given the choice to finish the 'dream' and choose an alternative start, or to continue with the original scene. I have tried both scenes and straight after the birth screne whites out and the voices echoes the game shows a frame after the load screen and then freezes. The music still plays, but the screen freezes. I assume its a problem withthe mods I have or something like that. This is my load order... davidmount Posted July 7, 2011 Share Posted July 7, 2011 The load order looks ok - have you auto sorted from FOMM or used BOSS just to make sure? You don't really need the Unofficial Patch, it was meant for older versions of the Official Patch. 1.7 makes the UFO3P kind of obsolete, but I don't see that causing a real problem. I see you made your Merged patch. Did you run filters and MOD up the way the FO3Edit manual suggests - took me forever the first time, and I still didn't get everything perfect, so I had a lot of CTD's. I've seen a few threads in the MOD troubleshooting area here about this crash, a couple of other guys have had it too, just like I have. But so far no clear cut answer except to start unchecking mods and working though them. Maybe try just having FO3 Wanderers Edition running and check that. And maybe move Streetlight.esm further down, don't usually see it that high in the load order. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It's supposed to load before the Broken Steel DLC. Why? Because the Broken steel dlc moves a couple of objects that have lights attached to them.
