I can't find anything along the lines of "Bashed", "fog", or relevant to fog if "nvidia" on tesnexus.com :(its under WRYE BASH and you find the option inside wrye bash under "rebuild patch" by right clicking on the bashed patch" and seeking the option. this fix is also included within the Unofficial Oblivion Patch but the one in wrye bash is more thorough because it will fix fog issues introduced by mods. but neither fog fix fixes the image you posted. they are for the black screen that results on nvidia products caused by fog on screen.
