Make Hard Mode Equivalent to Old Survival Difficulty

So, 1.5 just hit and they've reworked Survival mode of course. Now, I actually really am intrigued with a lot of the changes and do want to try that out eventually. But at the moment, I'm really not wanting to deal with the extras, but would still like the enemies to be very dangerous. I figure there has to be a way to do what the "Create Your Own Difficulty Balance" did, but have it configured for Hard Mode instead. That way, you could replicate at least the NPC damage aspects into Hard Mode. Then I supose someone will have to also do the regen, but right now, I'd just like the enemies to be mroe threatening.
