No stutter for several hours and then bam

Running a moderately heavily modded game and ran the game flawlessly for several hours. Somewhere along the line -- hour 80 or so -- the game started having some pretty bad stutter. It only started once I came back from Point Lookout, but now it's pretty irritating. Operation Anchorage also tended to freeze frequently. At one point it got so bad that I restarted the PC and it was fine for a single brief session, and now it's back again. I have the stutter remover and crash fixes installed.

 

It's worse outside, but interiors aren't immune to it.

Your FO3 Wanderer's Edition plugins are not in the correct order. You don't need two FO3 Wanderers Edition-Project Beauty patches.

 

Your WeaponModKits plugins are not in the correct order.

 

Compatibility patches should load after the last mod that is being patched.

The two FWE/PB patches are separate. One is the primary plugin, the other is because I'm using FWE's Followers Enhanced plugin and requires the primary plugin.

 

Not sure how to sort the order here. Mod Organizer/LOOT handled it for me.

Go to the FO3 Wanderer's Edition mod page or any of the other large overhaul mod pages, and find the sample load orders the authors have provided.. You will find instructions on how to organize the plugins.

 

LOOT does not sort Fallout 3 plugins correctly.

Oddly in the mean time between me posting and me checking this thread the stutter seems to have gone away for the most part. I don't get it. Will heed your advice however.
