Something is messing up my vanilla weapons

As the title says, a mod that I have or had installed somehow managed to mess up my Assault Rifle. It now looks like this:

As one can see, it looks like a laser rifle and is missing the magazine. I currently have installed these mods:

As you can see based in the install date, I already did already reinstall all my mods. I am still playing on an old save tho (and am not planning to change that).

My question is less about how I can fix this, since I don't think it can be fixed that easily, but more about if anyone else had that problem once and maybe even nailed down which mod caused this.

Also, due to changing/updating/removing/adding mods to my game, I never get the load order quite right. Is there any way to set a specific .esp to a specific load order spot?

That's not how you test to see which mod is the issue. Select all weapon based mods, separate into two, disable half. If issue persists, pick the other half and split into two, disable one half, check game again. Repeat until culprit found, uninstall culprit.

Well, I tracked the problem down to this mod. As it seems the author did not just change the texture of the weapons, so I guess it's my bad.

Still, I'd like to know if there is a way to assign a mod to a specific load order position, other than draging them around in the loadorder.

That IS how you adjust load order, best way to adjust it. LOOT can help, but it's better to use your brain too, and change manually.
