z31t
Hi!For some reason I can't select a new image for the Background Image and Top Image from my mod. Everytime I try and click save, the page loads and shows the old one.Anybody know how to fix it? Thanks. Edited April 21, 2016 by z31t
Surilindur
Maybe your browser has cached some data locally and is using that one? Have you tried closing your mod page, then cleaning your browser's web content cache, then opening your mod page again? For example in Firefox the option to clear the cache is here: Options -> Advanced -> Network -> Cached Web Content Not sure if that helps, but it might. That thing with the image not updating also happens to me every time, and clearing the browser cache usually helps. I think. Or at least it seems to help, maybe something else fixes it at the same time and I just happen to credit cache cleaning for it. Not sure. Might be worth a try. Might not. :P

Surilindur
No problem. But now that I tried to change the background, it was NOT the issue I thought it was. Sorry. What I thought it was, was that, when the image has been changed, and the real intended new image has been displayed in the confirmation/recap window, the page image does not change. But this is a new issue, and not the same one. So just to clarify, the issue mentioned here goes like this (and is not the issue with image on mod page not reflecting the change immediately, that can be fixed by clearing browser web cache):select to choose a new backgroundcrop the image, then click savethe window that shows the new image actually shows the old one (I tried this by removing the old image, then placing new, still bugs out)Maybe it is some weird server caching issue? Not a local one, I think, I have tried clearing the web cache and it did not help. I will try again tomorrow, see if it has fixed itself somehow. Derpityderp. :teehee:
z31t
Ok. I also think that it's a server issue. I have tried clearing the web cache, and I even tried to change the image from a different computer with a different browser...and still bugs out :pinch:
DarthWayne
I have the same issue. However if you upload a new mod you can set the background once. You just can't replace an existing background. (its not a solution, I know...) Edited April 24, 2016 by DarthWayne
