Custom Mesh/texture for Vanilla Companions

I have seen pics of Cess and Veronica with custon textures (tattoos) and Meshes.

 

I'm still new to the Geck but cant seem to find out how to change the Body mesh and Texture. I have no problem with changing there Face and Hair looks.

 

any help would be nice thxs

The only way I know of is to change their race.
