We will need a lot more info in order to help. All of these can have an effect on whether or not mods will work.

What operating system? WinXP, Vista Win7

What version of the game? Oblivion only,? Game of the Year (GOTY) version number

Where did it come from? Retail package (DVD), Internet download (where?) -

Where did you install the game? Default location? Custom Location?

What helper (utility) programs do you use with it? OBMM, OBSE, BOSS, Wrye Bas, other?

If you have mods installed, what is your mod load order (not the mod list in the game data as that is not in load order)

If pirated, just go away and it will save us both a lot of time. - We don't know what you have, or don't have, and neither do you. That makes helping difficult. Many pirate version claim to be something they are not. Some have bits and pieces left over from somebody else's game that cause problems. Others are just not moddable for one reason or another. - plus this is not a pirate friendly site. We ban pirates immeadiatly and with NO recourse. Don't be so cheap, support the game maker and buy the game.

Are the mods the same language version as your version of Oblivion? Components from some mods that have not been translated into your language fail to appear in-game.
