Strange Level Bug

For some reason, after installing NVSE and Patch 1.4, my character levels to level 41. It tells me that I need 125000 ep to get to it. Was this because of Patch 1.4 adding Old World Blues compatability. Also, I am not sure that NVSE is causing it. I will test it again.
