  1. Hello all, I was wondering if anyone knows what plugin the Nexus Sites use to expand the pictures. Also, Is there a WordPress Compatible plugin? By the description, when you click on the pictures and they expand to a larger size WITHOUT loading in a new page.

  3. Okay, so the water in Skyrim is not transparent, it is, in fact, a single color, whether light blue, white or aqua-colored, there is only one color when I go underwater. Is there anything that can fix this? Thanks. None of the mods I have affect water, however I do have Dawnguard.

  5. Hello, I seem to have a problem with Fallout 3, my house mod, which I made myself, causes VATS to crash my game every time I use it. Doesn't matter what weapon, melee or ranged, or whether i'm attacking enemies or friendlies, or even no target found (clicky noise) it still freezes, then within 5 seconds, it crashes. I have reviewed my mods and found that the mod I made to Customize my Megaton House is causing the issue. My Load Order: I've tried everything, restarting my computer, entering and exiting cells and even going to a DLC location. How does this house mod affect VATS? All I did was move and add some furniture, I didn't even touch the scripts. I am using Fallout 3 - GOTY Retail Version, Patched to 1.7 and G.E.C.K. Version 1.5. If you need a copy of the .ESP or more information, let me know. And assistance you provide I will be grateful for, as I would like to play this game and use VATS. Kudos will be provided for the person who assists in solving my problem. UPDATE: (10:32 8/6/2012) I even tried an old save, and have come to the conclusion that it is indeed, the house. UPDATE: (11:26 8/6/2012) I added a picture of the errors.

  7. Your computer is not powerful enough to handle an HD Texture pack, however there are various .ini fixes that can be implimented to reduce, remove the lag spikes. Have you tried Skyboost? If you are more tech savvy, try deleting some files that you don't care about, try deleting the roofs, ground, barrels, chests or other (HD Texture) files that the computer has to load, but you don't see or notice. It will revert back to vanilla textures.
  8. No error comes up, it all works fine until I try to put it on. Then, nothing happens. Should I try it again or do I need to use the Names for the properties, i'm using the FormIDs.
  9. True, those will work, but I don't believe you can remove the hood. I would want a mod where the hood/gauntlets/boots is a separate item. actually you can remove the hood, as you can with most armors. If I remember correctly you cant create a hood for an armor in the same mesh without getting severe clipping issues. So by all means if those armors fit the bill, use them (they can be crafted under the leather and dwarven banners at any forge). Rainmaker91 Ah, thank you. I just needed some clarification. Also, I had an idea, if you modified some clothes to have armor, they might work, you just need to find what you like.

  14. There is a Ranger Armor Mod, but I find it too shiny. So, I have recently gotten into the habit of wearing the Markarth Guard's Armor for my character. It has a nice mixture of Green and Brown, as well as a small pouch and some chainmail underneath it. This is what I wear but there are many other guard armors and colors. If you perfer to use something that blends in more with the snow, wear the Pale Guard's Armor or the Winterhold Guard's Armor. Along with this I also wear the Thieves Guild Boots, the Scaled Bracers and the Leather Hood (Unenchanted Thieves Guild Hood, you must Spawn it, but it acts like a normal apparel item)
  15. Hello, I was wondering if anyone could help me with this, I would like to create a simple companion mod. I want to simply use the "Conjure Familiar" wolf spirit and attach this to a ring. When you put it on, it will spawn, and when you take it off it will despawn. I would also like it to be essential (unkillable) but still able be knocked down and heal. I have tried this but is is constantly set as "Scroll" type instead of "Apparel" as it needs to be to use it as an effect. OR, I would like to create a simple companion mod. I want to simply use the "Conjure Familiar" wolf spirit and all I want it to be able to do (besides normal actions) is to tell is to wait. I would like to pin it to a spell that just summons it forever, and when cast again, despawns it. Just like before, I would also like it to be essential (unkillable) but still able be knocked down and have to heal. Thanks to anyone who helps, I will give you kudos! :thumbsup:
  16. I can't really do retextures, however I can jack up the damage of the Hunting Bow. I looks similar to the bow in the second picture. There is a type of Ranger Cloak mod already out there, but it is based on the Lord of the Rings: (Will put up link later, Nexus is sluggish) However, I find it too shiny to use, so I am currently using the Markarth Guard's Tunic/Armor. It has a darker green sash and a light brown tunic under it. It also has a chain mail undershirt and a small pouch on the belt. Personally, I like it and there are many colors to choose from the different holds across Skyrim. I have uploaded a .txt file. Put this in your C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\skyrim folder. When in the game, open the console with the "~" key (Above the Tab Key) and type "bat GuardArmor" without the quotes. This will spawn all the Guard Armors, Shields and Helmets to your inventory. When you find one you like, simply look up its ID and type "player.additem (ID goes here) 1" without the quotes or parentheses. Done!   17. Alright, I was playing with the Creation Kit earlier and I was fixing up Breezehome. I don't use followers and I decided I wanted her room to be a small guest room, so I Cut her and Pasted her at Dragonsreach, figuring this would make her stay there. However, I loaded up the CK again and it said something about there being more than one reference point or something like that. Basically, what I want to do is move her so Lydia will stay in Dragonsreach, but still work like a normal companion. Can anyone offer me some help with this. Help will receive Kudos. Also, if you are still reading this, I have another question. Lets say I edit Breezehome and add some chests and stuff. The chests I put my stuff in are in the center of the room until I load the Plugin and move them. So I delete them AFTER moving my stuff and putting it into the new chests. Will this impact anything, or can/should I use my inventory to hold all my stuff until I move it? Help is appreciated.
  18. Interesting idea. However, that would involve a lot of coding, script, voice and textures/meshes work, and a lot of headaches on the developer's side, but it just might be possible, we don't have the Creation Kit, so we don't know what it can do yet. My advice is, get some more people interested, and maybe some will be good modders. Many mods in the past have had major success being worked on by multiple people, so just be patient. "It's impossible, but doable."
  19. Buy a PC? .... No, really though, it might be a mistake in the .INI files or a possible texture bug. Have you edited your INI recently? I once had a game, after some messed-up INI edits, the textures completely screwed up on me. Did you make any Backups?
  20. You could do it somehow, possibly along the lines of the Werewolf's Power, use it to transform like you do if you are a Werewolf, but instead transform into a bat.
  21. Leave the area, say go to Goodsprings or farther, wait 72 hours (3 Days) and wait another hour. Then go back and they SHOULD be friendly.
  22. Well, I probably didn't do it right, but I just disabled JunkRounds_Redux and fixed it.
