Can someone make a mod that adds a place, like a beauty salon or something like that, where you go to change things like your hair style, color, skin color, etc. I would really appreciate it :)

 

I'd do it myself, but I am no good at making things in the CS.

Actually I think if you console command ingame "showracemenu" you can do it yourself...even change your name, birthsign, etc.

Essentially, no, you can't. While showracemenu allows the changing of hair style, color, or skin color, it also allows all the other things which are part of chargen. While this may be fine, there would be no way to detect what changes were made, or of forcing certain changes upon the player. As the system is hard coded, there isn't anything which will ever become available along these lines, no matter what. Additionally, as changing anything within the racemenu and saving those changes tends to reset your level, and skill gains, even something which causes the racemenu to pop up, deducting a price, then changing your stats back to what they were wouldn't be worth the effort compared to the result and the fact that anyone could achieve the same exact effect without your mod.

Actually showracemenu doesn't have to reset stats. There's a way of doing it that works.

 

Get the menu up, make any changes you want. Don't click done, instead keep the menu open, press the console key again to get the console back up, and with the console open press ESC and save your game to a new file (if the console isn't open when you do this the save option will be faded out). Once you reload you should have all the facial changes made without any effect to your stats.

 

So that's a reasonably simple way to do it without mods. ^^ How a mod would avoid the stat reset when doing it itself I'm not sure.

In other words. A beauty salon mod like you requested is impossible, and console coding is hardly possible with out being unreasonable. Which if your computer isn't the greatest, that command and a few others crashes the game. But this is still a good idea and, as Vagrant has suggested with others, you should try to contact Bethesda and suggest this along with several other ideas they've over looked.
