Admins dont do their job

Hello,I am having a isssue.My friend Tiamathearth was banned and admins didn't allow him to explain himself,so I am starting this new topic to seek help.I send messages to both The Vampire Dante and Dark0ne abd they both didn't respond to me,even they were online.The message I sent to them is down below.

 

Greetings,allow me to introduce myself,I am TiamatHearth best friend,Zenja Vencelj,here know as JusticeX,I saw yesterday that my friend was banned from nexus without a chance to explain himself.I would like to know why.

Look,he is not type of person you think he is.True,he knows to be temperamental and to say a lot of things,but its usually temporally.He is very kind,smart and good person who helps other people to get inspiration.He has a profile on Devaint Art where he is well known by his pictures.When you banned his first profile,he lost a great number of friends here on nexus and since you didn't let him to explain himself,he made a another account in order to return those friends.And he was making a huge progress until you banned him again.Why?Is it because of the picture he posted?Or is it something else?I cant understand why cant you see how much effort he puts in his screenshots from Skyrim,how can you have hearth to ban someone who makes such beautiful characters.

Tell me something,would you be happy in life if you lost you grandmother not long ago?He is under a lot of pressure these days,his parents are constantly arguing and you expect him to be cal?Skyrim and Skyrim Nexus is all he have and you just banned his IP and cut him off from new modes like he is nobody.Please,I beg you,unban his IP address on nexus and give him a chance to explain himself so that you two can come to understanding.I believe that you too are great fan of Skyrim and that you will understand how he feels now.

TiamatHeart's first account, vandaglion, was given a formal warning for repeated violations of our image share rules (his images were removed due to non-permissible content on Oct 7, 2014, Oct 14, 2014, Nov 22, 2014, July 8, 2015) As a matter of fact, on July 8, 2015, vandaglion uploaded an image even though he knew the image would violate the image share rules (the image description said "I know you will .......remove it..."). As a result, his access to the image share was blocked indefinitely. He chose to circumvent this restriction by creating a new account (TiamatHeart), which is another violation of our rules. I'm sorry to say, but your 'artistic freedom' does not supersede/override the rules of a private site.

 

Now, by asking a friend to post this topic here on the Nexus, vandalgion/TiamatHeart again chose to ignore the correct procedure, which would be using the Unban Requests form. (The link is visible at the bottom of the home page of each Nexus site, e.g. Skyrim Nexus). He still has the option to submit an unban appeal. But since discussion of moderation actions is not permitted on the Nexus (in that regard, we are no different from other major websites), I am now locking this topic. If you want to help your friend, then please tell him to use the correct procedure, and submit an unban appeal.

NB: There is no guarantee that if he submits one, his appeal will be successful. And he only gets one chance at it. :armscrossed:

Has your 'friend' been lying to you about why they got banned? Did you really think moderators don't talk to one another?

 

A simple removal IS a warning. And is usually accompanied by a private message. Then a formal warning to not do that didn't seem to take either. Then a comment attached to an image saying that they know it will be removed is like saying a please ban me because I refuse to follow rules that I already know about.

 

The hateful comment posted to the moderator who removed the original images doesn't help their case either. Especially as in the appeal they finally posted they say they never posted anything hurtful or against the TOS that they admit to not reading. http://i51.photobucket.com/albums/f351/charonn0/ohgeez-1.gif

 

BTW, sharing an account is still another reason for a ban. Please read the TOS, it is not the standard canned TOS you see on so many sites. And, we really do enforce those rules.
