frakle
hi i'm trying to install ely's universal silent voice, but the installation procedure says to install it in the OBSE folder inside of the data folder, and inside of that folder, a plugins folder. i don't know if i should just make it or what, will it work if i just make it? LFact
If there's no \OBSE\Plugins under \data, you have to make it.

Launch the game using the OBSE Loader and go to a place with mod added NPCs. You should be able to read the text when they speak.
Paenumbra
Make sure all OBSE files are in the C:\Your install location\Oblivion folders. OBSE plugins go into the C:\Your install location\Oblivion\Data\OBSE\Plugins folder. All but the text file in Ely's silent voices needs to be in the plugins folder. Here's my setup for an idea, on what yours should look like. http://i.imgur.com/VRUvwc3.pngThis what the OBSE install and MAIN oblivion folder should look like. http://i.imgur.com/p9WM97i.pngThis what the plugins folder should sorta look like. (Obviously, if you use those plugins, it would be identical, but you'll get an understanding.) Edited August 26, 2014 by Paenumbra

Paenumbra
Np. Seeing someone else's folder structure, and how the files are meant to look, is the easiest way to fix things. Glad I could help.
