Constant crashing...is it one of my mods?

I keep crashing every time I fast travel, and when I am in the arena. I can not enter Layawin at all because of this. this is everything I have installed.

You have so many overlapping cosmetic mods, that I'm not surprised. There's also a bunch of random stuff I don't recognize at all. A Bash Patch (which means installing Wrye Bash) would allow you to run many of those cosmetic/custom race mods together with fewer issues. Wow...my eyes need a rest before I can offer anymore comments. I've been hanging around here a little too long; need a break.

 

BOSS and Bash would help a lot.

Trimming down your load order a bit (or a lot) would make troubleshooting it easier. Add mods slowly (as in a few per day) is the best advice I can give from a more general perspective.

Stabilization and Optimization Mods: http://tescosi.com/wiki/Oblivion:Stabilization_and_Optimization_Mods <-- These'll help, but I think most of your current problems have more to do with mod management basic (or lack thereof)

 

I can think of other sources of issues with your setup, but get a handle on the mod management basics first.

Was your Hiyoko_Store.esp a recent addition? On a recent thread it was thought to be the source of that person's crashing.

Is that your load order? You have an ESM floating somewhere in the middle there, and that's definitely not okay, if that is in fact a LO - http://tescosi.com/wiki/Oblivion:Load_Order

YAY! no more crashing! i have played 3 hours strait and no crash.

 

I had to disable the borders, and downloaded an all-in-one cosmetics mod that was on the nexus, cuz when i merged mine something messed up. my oblivion.esm was 7th in load order, which i know is bad. now it is working good.
