April 28 FO4 1.5.157.0m NMM worked liked a charm

Prior to updating to the latest version April 28, 1.5.157.0 I ran NMM version 0.61.16

Opened the Plugins tab, from the left pane, used the second from the bottom icon "Export Load Order".
This saves the plugin list of what is listed and should be loaded in what order, I saved as .txt format.

Installed the April 28 FO4 update to version 1.5.157.0.
This was the Survival Mode beta, now an official update with several game fixes.

This isn't the "survival mode beta" anymore, it's now an official update for everyone.

As expected, tried running NMM 0.61.16 just to verify it no longer worked with the addon changes for the update, it doesn't see any of the addons as expected.

Installed NMM 0.61.20

Opened the Plugins tab, from the left pane, used the bottom icon "Imports a Load Order" pointed to the .txt file previously saved from NMM 0.61.16. It imported the list and as expected, worked first time out of the gate, no issues.

Good work NMM devs! I followed your advise, and it worked like a charm.

update: Corrected the NMM version number I had mistyped as 0.16 to 0.61

Exactly! Very easy transition! Now just waiting on Fallout 4 Script Extender (F4SE) to update and everything will be good in the world again. LOL!

Am using the F4SE version they have up on their site for the F04 beta (which is now an official release) and it loads fine for me.

Worked good here, only issue I am having with 0.61.20 is that sometimes (not every time) it unchecks my mods in the Plugins pane, even though they are all enabled in the Mods pane.

Thank You for all the hard work on NMM!

well, I got the mods to work again thanks to the NMM update. Unfortunately, as soon as I load my safegame, the game just shuts down. Any Idea what is causing this?

That's my list of active mods:

*edit: The game also crashes without loaded mods -.-

Best guess...

Do you use any Mod that touches the UI such as in your PipBoy?

According to some posts there were changes in the some of icons that the game used that are causing crashes and players found that updating their DEF_UI to 15147 fixes it. Also see above posts for F4SE script engine link if your using that.

Update: Confirmed through experiments, this FO4 update does effect UI mods. Make sure to update any mod that effects your UI. See my notes on the next page.
