Ok, so it looks like you are using 2 dual channel 4 gig ram sticks, if i read that right.

 

Ive heard of epic problems from instances of people deviating from using dual channel with non compadible ram sticks, which doesnt seem to be the case here.

 

my expertise on the matter plateau's here unfortunatley, but i wonder if the people who hang out in the hardware and software forum here might have some more professional insight with the knowledge that the moderators and staff have helped you with thus far

Ok, I just went over the motherboard DDR3-1333 MHz capability chart... The memory I have is not here, this could be why. Thank god for warranties.
