game its self does not even start up after pressing the icon

it dont matter what icon i use, the short cut or the one in the NMM or the one in the steam launcher. and im not restarting me computer when i never had to before. (only very odd risen fallout 4 forces me for a few times no and theres no risening (sp) behind this..

i played this game before the patch and dont know what is wrong with it now.

Even with mods disabled, game still CTDs on start up. Don't you think disabling mods is the FIRST thing people try when having problems?

i have. and i normaly use f4se threw the NMM loader. but it did not support the game. i had wait for them to update it in beta f4se

i rarely use the main launcher because alot of my mods need me to launch threw the f4se launcher.

Wow... Am I reading it right? You are running with 253 mods? Again Wow....

 

Anyway you say you CTD on startup. Do you mean after the game menu when you select to continue or start a new game? If so are you using any UI mods like say def_ui or Pleasant UI? If so then you need to install the def_ui 1.5 patch if you are using that mod or uninstall Pleasant UI if you are using that mod. Or if you are using any other UI type mod then uninstall it.
