SOSOASPM
Different Saves, Different Mods, F4SE/No F4SE, Fresh Install of Fallut 4/NMM/F4SE,etcNo matter what I try none of my mods show up in game. One of the many mods Im trying is "Rockin Red Rocket". I go to the Red Rocket and theres invisible walls and the sign is gone and its all buggy. Or True Storms, it will start raining and its just bright, blurry, and glitchy lines everywhere. Only mod that worked was the Proto Vault Suit
CaarosKingOfChaos
You need to open the mods section ingame, go to load order, and re-enable your mods there. Alternatively you can update NMM, but it won't properly reinstall your mods, which is liable to break more things than the recent update.

itstwoam
+1 on this issue from me. A workaround that helped me was navigating to the Fallout4 folder in %appdata% remove the read only property from plugins.txt. Then open plugins.txt and put an * on the left side of every mod you want enabled. Save the file then close it. Add the read only property back to it and fire up the game. Now I don't know what happens when you change/remove/install mods with the NMM, you may have to do this every time or it may be a one time deal. Otherwise you have to login everytime you fire up the game, and check every mod that you want to play with. What happens when that list is 100 mods long? It's an awful lot of unnecessary work if you ask me. I don't know if it's a fault of the NMM or Bethsada but hopefully it gets realized and fixed soon enough. Sorry it took so long to respond. It's the read only part that is important. The file can't have that flag set when NMM goes to install/activate/deactivate/remove mods. Fallout 4 will then flip that read only flag back when you run it so it's a never ending process. You'll have to do this anytime the mods are changed/added/removed. Other than that you should be fine. So the process should be,Remove read only flag from plugins.txt. Make any changes in NMM. Check to make sure that NMM put an * to the left of each active mod in plugins.txt. Start fallout 4.Rinse and repeat this anytime you have to change mods.
