Sapphire 6870 Extremely loud

I just bough a New CPU and GPU,

AMD 1090T Phenom x6 3.4 GHZ

AMD Sapphire 6870 1gb DDR5

 

I just started up my PC and it's very VERY loud.

Is this normal? It definitely doesn't sound like it, my 4850 was like that when it was on full load, but this one is idle.

I just found out that its the CPU not the GPU that's making loud noises. And in CPU-Z, Speedfan and Task Manager it's showing that I have 2 cores, it should show 6.

I didn't install the components, the guys in the shop did that, they also updated BIOS.
