HeyYou Posted July 13, 2011 Share Posted July 13, 2011 I voted for idealism, but only because I am such an idealist, and I never give up hope. I must admit that the first word that popped into my head is a word that is not even on the list, "hatred". I see it everyday, and it scares the heck out of me. And greed is certainly running right along up there. But I am going to stick to my guns and say that the idealists will win out in the long run. Question becomes: Which ones? (idealists) Some are significantly more militant than others. Greed. America has fallen under the influence of those that have more, and want even more. Even the government is their shill. The military/industrial complex wants more wars, and for those going to continue. Corporate america wants more free trade, more treaties, and more incentive to move jobs to other countries, and the government is fully cooperative (subservient?) to their will. Normally now with the poll you would put the word "or" between every word in your head. Please now, be so kind and exchange the word "or" for an "and" ... And you have in anyway hit the mark why this is the biggest force on this planet, because everyone tends to mix it up individually. You cant put the word "or" between every one so easily and ask witch one because they are all affected by each other more or less by each individual perspective and in a worst case can be like an avalanche of doom or in best case are the most desirable life you can make up. roguim Posted July 14, 2011 Share Posted July 14, 2011 Idealism. being realistic it's tied with all. your ideal can be get rich, by either good honest way or by the dark side, corrupt, exploring others Religious is an codex from ideals ( for an better place afterlife, fair judgment for all) And for the ones who dream to make an good-stable family or that the family is the celula mater of society that is their idealism.
