BigdaddyRF2011
Ever since patch 1.5 Fallout 4 is absolute s#*!. I wiped my computer clean and did everything possible to get fallout 4 to launch but nope. Thanks for giving us a patch we can't get rid of since it's steam. I thought I might be able to downgrade my graphics drivers in case of a conflict but still nothing. It's great everyone is just complaining about mods not working. I can't even play it without mods. I get a ntdll.dll appcrash error and don't know how to fix it. Help and ideas would be very appreciated. Thanks.

Bethesda ruined Fallout 4 with this patch and I beat it twice already might as well let it go into my game limbo for all eternity. Purr4me
If the system is windows 10? it's built in, at the top...in "firefox web browser" with menus turned on, there is a item called file, click that, a drop down appears, and select print, then another drop down selection appears, this is where you select save as (pdf). EDGE does not have it as far as I know? I use nothing of IE at all here. No cortana, no e-mail, nothing that sends out information to Redmond, I use web blockers and firewall software to prevent My privacy from being sent out over the networks. That's why I said to zip it up. you can Google Firefox and install it, set it as default and re-run the program. then you need to set it up so all items appear...if you need a screen shot of what it might look like? I can provide that too.

Current state of affairs is they intend to Block out completely Google from this operating systems browsers links so be prepared again for a browser fight among the giants...oh boy, it never stops. BigdaddyRF2011
Thanks for the help Kitty. I now think it's an issue with steam since fallout 4 isn't the only game affected. Hitman 2016 is affected as well but weirdly enough any game that released before 2015 works fine. Which rules out my first idea that steam doesn't install Direct X and Visual C++ Redistributalbe correctly. I've been doing windows updates even though I believe Microsoft deliberately slows down Windows 7 performance via updates so you would buy there latest versions of windows. So, I am desperate and kind of hit a wall. I certainly need help from anyone with ideas. Here are the error messages I received. For Fallout 4: Problem signature: Problem Event Name: APPCRASH Application Name: Fallout4.exe Application Version: 1.5.157.0 Application Timestamp: 571fa7c7 Fault Module Name: ntdll.dll Fault Module Version: 6.1.7601.17514 Fault Module Timestamp: 4ce7c8f9 Exception Code: c0000005 Exception Offset: 0000000000027adb OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.1 Locale ID: 1033 Additional Information 1: 1d48 Additional Information 2: 1d48bd275ce9ac169d6b2dca4c2dea75 Additional Information 3: 8167 Additional Information 4: 8167453f6bbdc6647385de39fca12240 For Hitman 2016: The program can't start because MSVCP110.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem. Finally The Witcher 3 simply doesn't even try to launch. This is on a clean install of Windows with deleted partitions and reformatted hard drive. I looked into software and hard incompatibles but still found nothing. I am using an AMD 4.70 GHz 9590 FX Black Edition Processor, installed on a ASUS M5A99FX PRO R2.0 motherboard, with a Nvidia GTX 960 graphics card running driver 365.10, and finally I have 8 GB of 1866 memory. I remember some people having issues with AMD processors and Nvidia graphics card drivers, but don't know how to test if I am experiencing this problem. All I know is even with a clean version of windows and steam the problem still persists. This only started last week around the time the patch for Fallout 4 came out. Maybe Steam got a weird update as well. For now I can't play any new games on steam. Also I should mention I just ran the Sims 4 though Origin to test if it's just a steam issue and it worked fine, but after the first launch it gives me the same error as Hitman 2016. Please someone help me with my video game withdrawal. Thanks in advance.
Purr4me
Ok, first: (Microsoft deliberately slows down Windows 7) All windows updates for any system can be downloaded VIA standalone and expected versions...thus By passing auto regulations, as a stand alone packages, these can not be interfered with VIA web site manipulations, but are still subject to auto syncs, this requires Guile and Provado on the users side of things....BE smarter about what you do.------------------------(MSVCP110.dll) search for that file...in the games folders, you will find it and discover it's not real, it's a fake entry from steams updates, move it out of the game folder to the desktop and retry the game, you will see it now runs. any FILE name can be changed, so what ever is in it can act as a stop sign, a wedge, and I have verified this to be true on FO4's nasty update. you need to think out side of this box, this well driven system...they do not want you to cheat with online games, they sure have a funny way of providing tools to mod games with....Eliminating all comers except their servers....while under their watchful Eye's. It's in all the news exactly what their intentions have become, and are in fact doing....so no supersize. They do all of this as a form of control....right protections and Control. You Must be on line with these multiplayer games in order to play them, being so, they have full access to your data always. knowing this, you play the games as intended or else ! when all the Beta excuses have run out, then perhaps things will cool down and allow modding for Noobs / normal people. experts know workarounds and are taking very vary big risks ...All my games when first released are Engraved in Blueray DVD's @ $35.00 a pop for good ones, data that can not be altered once burned. IF you fail to follow good practices? you end up in the cold and fall into this trap....you loose....it all, the want to play, the games Original state, your saved games. your data...updates are now ramped...see them start at every logging on steam...and steam ."is not the only company now doing this",your post is only a smaller sign of more things yet in the pipes...yet to come. "MSVCP110.dll" may be a common file, but it's size differs a lot between games....so because it can be used as a "stop gate" simply by being in place....find it, and remove it from the games folders. All my games, every single one I bunt...runs when copied on to the games folders as an overwrite...every one. I will shed some light on windows accessible links on another system shortly just so you know what it is I am talking about....normal updates are indeed slow.....but it is very important you and every one understands...there can be NO games or other software's installed on any system until you have completely updated every possible file...5 to 10 times if need be. each time, it keeps fining more and more stuff it can not install until other things are there.
