Ya, unfortunately it's an issue with old save games and not mods. I have all the new DLCs and I loaded my old lvl 50 save completely vanilla no mods and still had the issue. So when a created a new save game with all DLC compatible mods enabled, structures were there and better than before. I think they changed things in the workshop, so using the Snap N' Build method is only a temporary circumstantial fix. Although the greatest downside is that I was lvl 50 and now I'm 2 again, YAY!!

Thank you Kitty, I did fix the problem but at a cost. When I was installing a windows update an error occurred and I no longer could boot though windows. Trying to fix windows without reformatting wouldn't work so I lost all my programs and personal files. On the bright side though I had no choice but to use AVG Free as an anti-virus, different from the one I was using before. Also having nothing to lose I decided to try to install the Nvidia driver I knew to work for a fact. Then KA POW, all the issues where gone. The Nvidia driver version is 361.75, I had to go to the main Nvidia site and search for all drivers related to my system to find it. Finally everything works and I am happy, nothing I lost can't be re-bought or re-downloaded. Thanks for everyone's input, I hope someone can learn from my issue. Best of Luck in Future Endeavors.

Thanks for the help Kitty. I now think it's an issue with steam since fallout 4 isn't the only game affected. Hitman 2016 is affected as well but weirdly enough any game that released before 2015 works fine. Which rules out my first idea that steam doesn't install Direct X and Visual C++ Redistributalbe correctly. I've been doing windows updates even though I believe Microsoft deliberately slows down Windows 7 performance via updates so you would buy there latest versions of windows. So, I am desperate and kind of hit a wall. I certainly need help from anyone with ideas. Here are the error messages I received. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem. Finally The Witcher 3 simply doesn't even try to launch. This is on a clean install of Windows with deleted partitions and reformatted hard drive. I looked into software and hard incompatibles but still found nothing. I am using an AMD 4.70 GHz 9590 FX Black Edition Processor, installed on a ASUS M5A99FX PRO R2.0 motherboard, with a Nvidia GTX 960 graphics card running driver 365.10, and finally I have 8 GB of 1866 memory. I remember some people having issues with AMD processors and Nvidia graphics card drivers, but don't know how to test if I am experiencing this problem. All I know is even with a clean version of windows and steam the problem still persists. This only started last week around the time the patch for Fallout 4 came out. Maybe Steam got a weird update as well. For now I can't play any new games on steam. Also I should mention I just ran the Sims 4 though Origin to test if it's just a steam issue and it worked fine, but after the first launch it gives me the same error as Hitman 2016. Thanks for talking to me but at this point I might just say f*#@ It. Bethesda ruined Fallout 4 with this patch and I beat it twice already might as well let it go into my game limbo for all eternity.

Got it working, or so I thought one launch in fifty it worked.

Ever since patch 1.5 Fallout 4 is absolute s#*!. I wiped my computer clean and did everything possible to get fallout 4 to launch but nope. Thanks for giving us a patch we can't get rid of since it's steam. I thought I might be able to downgrade my graphics drivers in case of a conflict but still nothing. It's great everyone is just complaining about mods not working. I can't even play it without mods. I get a ntdll.dll appcrash error and don't know how to fix it. Help and ideas would be very appreciated. Thanks.
