MODS constantly unchecking themselves :(

i am finding that every time i load up NMM all my mods are unchecked.

I then check them all and run my game and everything is working fine.

But if i later run NMM again to play, they have all unchecked again :(

My NMM is fully updated and i have the latest version of Fallout4 ( 1.5)

Is there trick someone can tell me to convince NMm to keep all my mods checked and active?

All my mods have been obtained thru Nexus and the NMM links.

i am at a loss as to how to fix this. Help please!

Click on local disc C:/users/user/appdata/local/fallout4/plugins unmark read only in plugins file, put * to left of your mods in plugins file, save the plugins file, start the game, click on mods, then press T ,som of your mods should be marked in there, mark the rest of them,go back, the game will load them up,start playing. you must sign in to bethesda.net first to get this to worke correctly.

I guess you are using NMM,but not sure, all my mods are manualy installed,i have never use NMM,my game run smooth with all my mods active, and autosaved,i installed new mod just hour ago, just needed to active esp file in ingame modmenu,so i link most of problems in here with NMM.

Can confirm that adding or removing mods from NMM 0.61.20 disables all mods in plugins.txt. Unchecking and re-checking the mods in the plugin list properly re-enables them

This bug can be reproduced 100% of the time.

I hope they sort out NMM soon, this is pretty annoying. Yes I do know how to manually install but where to check the plugin as active?

So for that matter is LOOT saying that one of my mods requires DLC Automatron to play but it is not checked. Oh yes it is...

Thanks a lot. I was having a similar issue (mods disabled after exiting FO4) and this worked for me.
