SpaceCore1
I know of the TES Renewal Project, which is pretty awesome. Would it be possible to recreate Fallout 3 with Fallout 4 graphics and gameplay? If so, the modder(s) would have to ditch the new conversation camera and go back to the traditional conversation camera. And make workbenches, settlement buliding and power armor integrated into the world.
Luigifan22
No. Fallout 4 get's rid of skill points and changes the dialogue system. You would have to make a lot of changes to get this to happen. And I dont see it being possible.

SO yes I think If there was a dedicated team behind it would be possible to "Port" Fallout 3 or new Vegas into the newer engine.
ambionstitches
I would LOVE to see this. Fallout 3 is a ballache to play on Windows 7, and TTW is okay but it's still more crashy than FO4. Fallout 3 is my favorite Fallout to date, I know NV is arguably better but I don't like the Vegas-ness of NV. Still a good game but I'd never take a trip to real Vegas. Mktavish
Why ? Just play Fallout 3 Porting Oblivion to Fallout 4 is not the same thing.
