Mod list export? (NMM)

How could I take all of my mods in NMM and set them aside/quarantine them from the main game, to attempt to add 1 mod at a time to see where its failing on me(Not just enable or disable, that isn't working)

I need to uninstall all my mods to get ANY mod to work (I Figure its going to be a lengthy 'fix' if I ever want to get FO4 working again) but i do not want to 'lose' my mods (Want to reinstall them as i go, rather not have to search for each one and re-download all 100-ish mods)

So does anyone know how I can 'uninstall' but keep the mods on the side using NMM? (Again just to be clear, NOT just enable/disable, but uninstall/remove mods COMPLETELY yet keep them in NMM to reinstall later)

ugh nvm, with a 'backup' store idea i tried(just pushed everything to a renamed folder) and tried with fresh vanilla install of FO4 and STILL all my mods are stuck in infini load, even if the most simplest of mods(tried with 3 separate ones, figure I have to completely uninstall FO4 and im not really looking forward to that stupid long download again.)

I know this sounds like buyer regret(well it defiantly IS that) but I so want a refund right now.

I reckon if you disable any mod with DLC dependancy, and do the NMM reenable trick, you'll be peachy. Having that problem myself, cannot get the game to load the DLC at startup no matter what, seemingly until I load a save that only has mods that touch/rely on Fallout.esm, then the DLCs appear in game. Add any mod that needs DLC, game over. Bloody weird.
