Game keeps crashing with mods

Okay so I've been playing New Vegas for a while with mods, it worked okay with my previous combination of mods but now I've got some more and I cant go a minute of playtime without it crashing. Usually with problems like this it crashes on start up but in this case it lets me play for one or two minutes before crashing. I know the basics of load orders and I've tried fixing it with loot and I have checked all the mods pages to find info in where to put it and such, I have literally been trying for hours to get this fixed but i cannot find the problem or how to fix it. I've looked for compatibility patches and all sorts of s*** and it just wont work.

Do you have the 4GB enabler installed? If not, then I would highly recommend doing so.
