I could have starved while looking for bramhim on the Internet. It is a good thing I had some 200 year old cracker's. I couldn't find bramhim steak anywhere. What does the animal that the steak comes from look like? Next: is that the correct spelling for bramhim?I found some pill's...I mean vitamin's. lolHmm?As I was walking along the crumbling tarmac of an old airport runway I spied a bit of foliage with a strange shadow. It was bigger then the little bush of wild grasses yet I could not see anything that large through the ten or twelve thin green stocks that were about four feet tall. I stopped walking to examine the shape and as I did I saw what appeared to be a long dark branch emerge from the shadow. It appeared to be pointing at me.*BAM*I felt something hit my shirt. I was pushed backward and fell. As I gazed up from the ground I raised my head to see down my shirt. A woman appeared out of thin air, walked from behind the bush, and stood over me. I could see she was very pregnant. As she stood there I could I feel my chest growing numb. I put my hand where the object had struck and felt a whisper came through my lip's, "No hole?" She looked down on me with a big sheep eating grin and said, "Shotgun pad! Long lasting new stylish Stealthboy. Cute huh? Are you going to marry me? Now?"While she waited for me to catch my breath. I reached into my shirt pocket where the pad had hit me. I pulled out a number of pieces of black felt cloth covering bits of scrap wood. I searched through the pocket with my right index finger which I could barely feel. I pulled out the 1 Karate diamond ring. I tried to speak. Although my word's only came out as a whisper she heard me.Her eyelids went wide as she said, "Yes!" Her answer was loud enough to alert everyone all the way back to Vegas.I rolled over on my right side to put the sun at my back. As I lay there recuperating she ogled the ring on her finger. Smiled at me and smiled back at me. After she stopped jiggling from trying to prance with the baby pouch holding her down, as my breath was easier to take in, I said softly, "We should get you two out of the sun. We need to find some shade."She looked down on me, "Oh! I'm find. I put some herb's together. Baby oil, added a little Rad X to it so I should get 50 sun burn protection with the baby and all."  I pointed at my chest. She looked at me, "Oh! Yes. We should find some shade."I put a hand on her belly and she stopped talking for a second. Helped me to my feet. She looked at the ring glittering in the sunlight, saw my hand touch her belly again, "Oh! Honey, my bunny." She looked fondly at her baby carriage, "Yes we ought to get some shade so Daddy and Mommy don't get a bad sun burn."Looking around I saw a high wall. What was probably left of the old airport terminal. For a woman that is pregnant she lugged me along as easy as ever. She chatted while she did looking at the ring, at me, and at the future child we were going to have. When we arrived I looked for some rubble to make a makeshift chair for her and she sat down before I could start. I sat down next putting my back to the wall I slid down the brick wall until I was comfortably at her side. He sat down on a stack of old blanket's she was carrying.I tenderly unbuttoned my Kevlar lined camo shirt to and could see the bruise that was already forming around the dent where the big stone on the ring left its mark. She turned to me and touched it."Ooh! That's going to hurt. I'll make up an ointment for you, honey." She took a quick look at her ring as though she still didn't believe it was there. Then she reached under the baby carriage and whipped out a fanny pack.Opening its knotted string, since the zipper failed a long time before she found it, she pulled out a small jar of 200 year old clear grease she got at the Westside CO-OP. Next came old reliable came out. Her mortar and pestle. She fumbled around inside pulling out various herb's. As she was grinding some in the mortar she chatted about how much better it would be after we saw the doc and got married all legal like. She was about to take a dab of the grease from the small jar when she realized it might make her ring finger slick. She reached for my hand and took my left hands index finger putting it in the small jar. I looked at her, thinking to myself, I was glad she is smart too. She poured some herb's out of the jar onto my palm."Stir that up and smear it on your chest bruise. I'm so sorry." She kissed her index finger on her right hand and touched my heart spot. After she moved her hand away I gently rubbed the ointment on and felt it get a little warm around the outside of the unbruised. She smiled knowingly, "I put a little bit of ground Jalapeno pepper in it to help it get the circulation back so it will heal up faster and won't leave any blue skin for long. Try not to spread it too thin. I added some MedX too." Showing me her fancy stash tube, "I made it from this old tube so I can I save the dribbles that are left in the syringe. Nice huh?" She paused for me to nod in approval, "You won't feel much pain. After a little while I'll give you a shot of Med X. Just sit still now and try not to breath to deeply."She talked softly to our future baby. Or babies? It seemed like a half an hour had passed. I touched her right hand with my left and put my right index finger up from my lip. She stared and nodded.I pulled the M1911 out of the makeshift holster she made for it. I was turning to my left when I realized she would be directly in front of the weapon. I stopped and rotated my feet in the other direction. As I did I felt a hand pressing on the back of my gun hand. Suddenly I saw an old geezer with a big smile on his face, "Whoa there!"He looked at the gun, rolled his eyes up so he was looking into my face, "I have been watching your back for quite some time! Showing off his new Stealthboy. Things are great! Welcome to the family. Son! Don't mind if I call you that now do ya. Son! That's gonna take some time for me to get used to. Son. Yup! Well you two ain't married yet, but the practice will do me some good."I looked at her father, "Should I call you Father or just Dad?" The gravel tone of my voice caused from the pain of breathing must have tossed his reasoning a little as he came out of his joyful fog for a second looking stern at me. Until he remembered my chest pain.He got back that old goat grin, "Oh, Dad's, fine. Father might be okay but it's kind of hard to fathom saying it a lot."Since it bugged him a bit I took advantage of it, "Father it is then. Father!"He got that knowing look on his face forgot his glee for our future relationship for a full couple of second's. I knew he knew he was going to be hearing that a lot when we got settled down somewhere. He looked at his daughter. She gave him that giddy look. In know time he was settled on the idea because I could see it on his face. That funny partially toothless grin was a happy smile, "Sure thing, Son!"As I turned to see her face change from the be nice and don't fight look she broke in, "We're gonna be one big happy family!" She looked lovingly into both or our faces, "Yes siree!"

You know, when a tomato grows out of your forehead, it gets you thinking. What do we know about anything? Life is just a big, wild, crazy tossed salad. But you don't eat it, no sir, you LIVE it. Isn't it great?! Isn't it GREAT?!

Day Mare or Might it be Reality?

Jack Oats here. I'm the old geezer that kept company with Willow. She and that young fella we met up with found they loved each other in a way I have never experienced. The guy was a knight in shiny armor in the eyes Mr. House. I spent my days working with them on the homestead they planned since the baby was near to being brought into the world. I kept keeping the wild life further from the place and helping them set up. The baby came and my medical understanding was most helpful. We had succeeded where the NCR tried some of the techniques to get a garden growing. The baby waited until the crop we started was in its sprout stage. The maize would be a great help to maintain all three of the youngster's.

I said my farewell's and went out to check out the story on the big empty. In my travel's each time I get done fighting for my life with radscorpion's, feral ghoul's, and the like I miss the three of them while sipping hot black coffee with my Brahmin steak and potato's.

I realized the nice thing is the modified stealth boy's that Willow made even better saved me a couple of times when they might have been watching my back instead.. Since I only use my stash of them to duck out of fight's where I am out numbered six to one they last me quite awhile.

Here I am back from Big MT counting my lucky star's after finding myself caught up with 200 hundred years of science and technology. 4 mad scientist's all wanting to study me, after having some surgical procedure done on me, sent me out defeat a fifth madder scientist, Doctor Mobius, who seemed madder than the rest of them upon my arrival in the passive room. I haven't woke up in places weirder than there before.

Ruled by a bunch of scientist's who went far beyond any style of living I ever want to.

I own a suit that keeps me company, and I have a new eighteen again physical appearance because of some brain surgery that altered me. I won't get wrinkled and old any time soon. And the suit of armor I found there treats me like I am a girl. asking me which doctor of the male groups I think is cuter. She hides me better than the stealth boy's could.

I was passing by the house where Frank and Willow were outside with Flin and saw the little one was about 6 month's old. I stopped by to visit and gave them some of the green peas I found in Big MT, strawberries too. With Willows green thumb, if she can keep Flin from scrambling around and messing up the garden the 3 of them should be eating real good by August's end. I thought about telling them about Big MT, but since there is no way to get us all to Big MT without introducing idea's into the 4 stooges Dr. Mobius and I keep at bay I thought it best to not explain where I was for the last seven month's. I just told them I had been prospectin; like old Pete call's it.

We had a good visit, I shared a bottle of brandy wine I found with them after dinner. Stayed the night in the guest room next to Flins' room. It looks to me more like a room planned for another small visitor. Maybe a girl this time.

As I was getting the feeling of wanting a life, like the three of them have, I figured it was time for me to head on.

After saying fond goodbyes and see you soon. I departed and traveled to the Lucky 38. I found Victoria was very nicely set up under Houses protection against her old clan, I like to think o as, "The Brotherhood of Steal." She told me one of them managed to sneak in and took one of her fingers off the power fist she used to knock him senseless, before the guy realized that Houses new dressy armor was not just a great looking dress, and proved well worth the design by keeping the rest of her body from suffering any from the attack. I recall the day's we traveled together and she said, "I want a dress, a nice one...". The one House made Victoria with his genius dwarf's my stealth suit.

When he saw me on the monitor, in the stealth suit, he knew right away where I had been. When we had some privacy he asked a whole bunch of question's and I filled him in as best I could.

Those old egg head's are as old as he is, but at least he has all his human part's still. With the news I brought him he see's a chance at getting out of his portable living tank and being fully human again. After looking me over he thinks he might even be able to upgrade what Doc Mobius did so I can have all the scar's from the auto doc fixed so my forehead doesn't look like a secret road map. I mentioned Christi's hanging out in the Sierra Madre Hotel and she might even like to have that done for her, after what Elijha did to her.

I left House and Vicky, as he call's her now, to their scientific pursuit of making her look better in her new dress.

I said out loud, "I am fully integrated with all my human brain functions' back, but I know I am older on the inside. I am going to Goodsprings." They were so caught up in their jabber jawing they hardly heard me. Then I said, "Good Bye." As the words stopped it seemed to have caused the Lucky 38 to shake a little. I don't think they thought I was serious about leaving after all the renovation's to the place were making it like a brand new casino. I looked at them as if I had been working really hard and grinned, "Your robot's take all the fun out of working on the place. I mean, I reach for a hammer and one of them finishes the job before I get a grip on the handle. It's not like I am leaving for good! I will be available any time you need me to carry out a task. Just send Victor you to find me."

I got to Goodsprings today and shot three Gecko right out from behind Sunny Smiles as I arrived. Well, I had help. Sunny said, that there is nothing like good timing.

Victor, ED-E, and me arrived just in the nick of time. As I was telling Sunny about how Frank, Wlllow, and Flin were doing I had the strangest feeling. As I shook it off I felt another tingle of the hairs on the back of my neck. Everyone saw me perk up. We checked out the surrounding area closely. I looked at everyone to see if they could see anything. There was nothing. As we walked I told Sunny I'd give her the run down on the rest of the news around the Mojave when we got to the saloon. I was sure everyone there would enjoy hearing about the others.

While I was sharing the second bottle of brandy wine, I found during my visit to Big MT, with everyone at the saloon I had that feeling again inside the place. I shrugged it off. We all began talking at once about the fine quality of the brandy wine. I started to say we should figure out how to make it and it was like we all had the same thought at the same time. Then we looked at each other. Laughter hit the rafter's so hard Old Pete thought someone dropped a lit stick of dynamite on the roof.

Trudy looked at him, turned to me and we all stared sheepishly. Laughter broke out all around. "Yup!" Pete said, "This is some find stuff!". Doc Mitchell stepped in, "I heard all the ruckus clear over at the house. Thought I had better check in to see how all of you were doing after that that burst. He pulled up a stool. Trudy poured him a glass of brandy wine. I began again, and told everyone how Frank, Willow, and Flin were doing first. Then how House and Victoria were, and told them about Christi.

After the long story about the Sierra Madre I said, "She's quite a gal. I am sure the brotherhood of steel would miss her, if they knew she was alive." Everyone caught the meaning since i had shared the story with them. Laughter broke out.

I don't know what it was, maybe the brandy wine? Their faces all nodded in agreement as though we thought solemn about what she did, and than the roof was raised by laughter again. Ringo was about to speak his mind as titter's continued to roll around our belly's. As all of us settled down he told us he was starting his own caravan company, and who should walk in but Rose, my old friend Red. We all looked at her, as she passed all the spare stool's between us and arrived next to Ringo. We turned our attention on them as he blushed, "Yup! This is sure good stuff." Nobody laughed as Red gave him a hug and big kiss. I looked on and again was hit by the feeling I had something on my mnd I was missing.

Shrugging it off, I restarted the story of all the rest of our new family and friend's as she took a sip of some brandy wine Trudy poured her. Sunny looked on fondly at the new awareness that Ringo and Rose were getting together. She sipped a bit of brandy wine.

After she'd heard all the news about all our new and old new friend's she looked at me, "I gonna have to learn how to make this stuff!" Everyone caught her word's mistake. Everyone looked up and snickered a bit. All of us at peered at her at the same time a little surprised the idea came up again. And the roof resounded with laughter again. Red looked stumped. Trudy peered at Red through her own glow and said, "It's juss that we all thoud da same thing before you got here." Then the laughter broke the silence again which Red joined in.

I said my good night's after a final rally of assurance I had properly talked about everyone who I had visited so everyone present knew what was new. As I stood up from my stool at the bar I got a cold chill up and down my spine. I thought I heard a noise too.

It sobered me up. I took a quick look around. Doc Mitchell waved like a little boy and smiled from the brandy wine glow he had one. After feeling reassured by the glow on everyone was okay and that all was safe I turned back to face the door. I heard some sort of mechanical sounding noise. I quickly looked back over my left shoulder and I saw the rest enjoying a little more brandy wine. Walking I teetered off to the door.

While I was about to drift off to sleep in my bed at Victor's old shack I reviewed the fond time I had, had back at Trudys' saloon. I was startled to realize, that, I don't understand what Frank and Willow have between them. I have been around a lot of people and seeing those two together like that just makes wonder, "Will it ever happen to me?" I figured in the morning after Sunny, Cheyenne, ED-E and I secure the well's I was going to take on a challenge House gave me, and pry Victor open. To see if I can modify his range transponder so House can call if he has any interesting jobs for me. I spoke out loud through the buzz the brandy wine was giving me, "Strange, *yawn* I think if House gets his body restored so he can return to the living...*yawn*...I think he and Victoria might actually become like Frank and Willow. No wait, isn't she like Christi?" *zzzzz*

I felt the muscle near my thigh's demanding attention waking me from my comfort. I looked around the bed room. I saw that my Android had a green light flashing suggesting I had message's. I pondered the dream I had just awakened from. Maybe the little phone saying, "Droid" each time a message came in was causing the interruption's?

Wait a minute? This isn't Victors shack! Where am I?!
