FPS capped at 30

Hello everyone,

 

After a lot of blood, sweat and tears I've finally managed to get a large mod collection going. However, I'm now capped at 30 fps which is rather annoying. I've done my research and have disabled Vsync, I also checked if I had 'Streamline', or 'stutter remover', which I don't (perhaps it's included in one of the larger mods, but not to my knowledge). I will post a list of all the BAIN installers I used and a list of all the items under the 'mods' tab in Wyrebash, as I am not sure which is better for troubleshooting. If there is any more info I need to provide please let me know and I will.

It sounds like you do have Oblivion Stutter Remover installed, from what you describe. Check in your OBSE/Plugins folder. I would recomend OSR, but if you don't like the 30 FPS cap you can raise it in the OSR ini.
