Hi - sorry but i dont have time (atm) for reading through your whole loadorder (aside from that its too long since ive played/modded FO3...sadly enough), but i can suggest generally a few things:

- double/triple check MANUALLY if installation went alright (can think you did already... but you never know!)
- check the sites of your biggest mods which alter the worldspace (just like the weather mods do) and look for patches, notes etc
- put the weather mods at the bottom of the load order (what youve already done as far as ive seen).
- check for conflicts using Fo3Edit (if youve never used it: its a really, really great tool - couldnt play fallout without anymore - and there are really great explanation videos on youtube, its really not as difficult as it looks; i think theres a tutorial made by gopher?)
- create a merged patch with fo3Edit (again - if you dont know how - check for tutorials for example on youtube)
- I dont remember what mod manager i used for Fallout3 but have you already tried Nexus Modmanager? Im currently using it for Fallout4 and aside from some minor bugs its really good in my opinion!

Dont give up! if you really like Fallout3 (and why the hell else should you still play it?) its worth it! Good luck with your mods and in the wasteland! Hope i could kind of help... maybe soon somebody whos still into Fallout3 and knows your mods can help!

can someone to see my mods please and to tell me if the mods are corect please;;

No, they are not.

Should be:

Fallout 3

Anchorage

ThePitt

StreetLights

BrokenSteel

PointLookout

Zeta

Streetlights-Wasteland is in conflict with StreetLights, disable and remove StreetLights-Wasteland.

Read the mod description pages. Also, read your load order. You have too many Pure Water plugins.

You did not read the Blackened instructions. Go back and read them again. Then read the Paradox Ignition instructions.

Compatibility patches must load after the last mod being patched.

Use B.O.S.S. to sort your load order. https://boss-developers.github.io/ Do not use LOOT unless you want to be in worse shape than you are now.
