Fighters Guild problem

I stopped playing Oblivion for some time,and delated the game,but not the saves.

After reintalled it and patched,my fighters guild don't let me do any progress in new

quests.Stuck at "Apprentice" If i look at finished quests,there are not any quest related

to the Fighters Guild. "Joined the Fighters Guild", "A Rat problem", and so on.

Iv'e tryed the console comand for finishing the quest,but no new quests are givi'n

for none of the 3 questgivers.Any suggestions?

I think he did he said: no new quests are givi'n

for none of the 3 questgivers.
