maboru
I believe you'll find that the random crashes have many causes besides load order, many of us have been attempting to deal with them since the latest patch was released. I know that sounds counter intuitive to those new to FONV, but that's just the way it is. I'll refer you to GothikaGeist's load order template just to get you started - http://www.thenexusforums.com/index.php?/topic/406727-very-frequent-crashes/page__st__10 - it's the most thorough I've found here and I suggest you read through that thread as well as all the others referencing '5 - 15 minute crashes ' or crashes in general. Good Luck!

maboru
Just a thought but The Community Bugfix Compilation hasn't been updated since early April. Until they can get rev'd for 1.4 you may want to check out - http://www.ravenmodding.terminal47.net/?p=768%3Elang=en - It's a link from the comments section of the Bugfix page. I haven't tried it yet because I haven't run into any of those game bugs yet. Also make sure you check your mod's home page's descriptions because Purge Cell Buffers can conflict with some mods.If that's the case you can always use the console command - pcb.
