For one, I believe you are a liar. Being 'good' at something implies a degree of proficiency concerning basic knowledge of the hobby or profession. Your questions lead me to believe that you are, in fact, not 'good' at morrowind.

1) The creeper is the mudcrab. I don't know who the guy in Caldera is, since I generally ignore Caldera as a third-rate Hla Oad.

2) The upper-level items are exactly that: they will be found when you reach higher levels. While there are a few that are lying about, it's much easier to find them when you defeat an enemy that normally carries them. For instance, Golden Saints normally carry a Glass item, Dremora usually have a Daedric item, and you can find ebony items from either of those.

Dream ...

EDIT: After reading Peregrine's reply, I humbly ask for your forgiveness. I was mistaken.

No, the creeper is the guy in Caldera. The mudcrab is something completely different.

I do. I killed someone there and took their house. I also modded the smith there to have 10000 gold (like the smith in Raven Rock) and gave him ebony. glass the the rarest iem in the game; the Daedric Right (or is it left?) Pauldron. Only found on Senor Fyr and Lord Cluttermonkey. and the latter isn't accessible without cheating. and Fyr has 999 health and 100 in almost every skill. plus he's Level 100.

Let's give him the benefit of the doubt. Let's say there's ... oh, 30 regular posters, guys like MB, Switch, Malchik and Dr. Corbett. And let's add another 30 irregular posters, a group which I fall into. Then, let's go with another 40 newbies, who may have stumbled across this thread. So, that's 1 out of 100 people, or one percent of the population.

Although you may not go into it often, there are several quests you may follow, just from Caldera. There is the Shut Down the Mines Redoran Quest, the Quest for the Propolyon Indices, the Nord Woman's Jewels, the Note He Never Wrote, Thieves' Guild quest for finding the stolen note, Hlaalu quests from Odral Helvi, the I.C. quest for the promised donation, the I.C. for the ghost extermination, the I.C. for the red and black shirt, and the Thieves' Guild for stealing Helvi's books. There!
