I fought the necromancer and took his robe. I sold it to the guy who runs the jewelry store in the Imperial City. I went to save martin, finished the kavatch quest, went to the blades, then came back to that store to sell rings I found... well... The guy was WEARING the necromancer robe when I got to the store!
