Ok so I deleted some files last night out frustration. So today I was trying to put a couple back in FOSE being one of them and I can seem to get it to load into the mods list in the main menu but I have reinstalled and re downloaded and reinstalled it but I can't seem to get it to work.

Not an issue with FoMM. Not an issue at all actually. FOSE simply doesn't comes with a .esp or .esm file. It simply works in the background.

How can you check to see if it's properly installed?

First: When you've installed it, the button in FoMM saying "launch fallout 3" should change into "launch FOSE".

Second: You can try running a mod that requires FOSE and see if it functions properly.

Third: You can check in-game to see if you can, for example, get the Base-id of an NPC or a weapon or whatever else.

How? Face the item you want to have the Base-id from, open the console, select the item/npc and type in "GBO". If it then gives you the Base-id of whatever you had selected, you'll know it's installed properly and running.

Guess that's enough ways to try it out, no?

Edit: spelling.
