Mobile Nexusmods/Forum

I was wondering if maybe it past through anyones mind to make a mobile Nexus Forum/ Nexus Mods app for android and Iphone? I've always though it would be really handy to be able to intereact with people on the nexus while of the go, or maybe even searching for some mods to download while I'm away, or maybe even just some good old trolling at the comfort of my phone.

I kid, of course. A mobile app... not sure I'd use it myself. Mainly because when I trawl over the mods, I like to go ahead and grab what I see and I'm not sure a mobile app would suit me. It would force you to track or bookmark in some way and I can't say I'd ever remember to get back around to it. Maybe there would be a call for this, but I don't see myself using it. But hey! Any chance of getting one of those fish sticks?

I don't know about the iPhone but you don't need a app to download mods in Android, just use the browser, after downloading send it to Dropbox or something else you can access from you PC.

That is exactly what I do when using my Linux laptop that is just not powerful enough to play games like FO4.

But I imagine many people just want to be able to use their phone for the forums. And to flag mods for later downloading.

You certainly don't need an app for that. I download the things I want as soon as I see them, I've missed out a few times when modders have removed the files before I got a chance to download them.

The new site design handles varying page widths much more elegantly, which will help visitors using who are phones or tablets. After that, we hope to refine the forums to similar effect as well, sometime in the future.

What about an app that would allow browsing of the site, and add mods to your nmm download queue? That would be useful, you could browse and grab on the go, then when you sign in to nmm, you just have to wait for them to dl.
