KiCHo666 Posted May 11, 2016 Share Posted May 11, 2016 (edited) Run FNVEdit with plugin checked, go to weapons, find watts rifle, go to Flags section on the right pane and uncheck "Don't Use 1st Person IS Animations".That should fix it.
