invisible crops, crash game when attempt to remove, repair

I figure they are causing a number of other issues. when you assign a settler to any crop, one of the 'invisible' ones is also assigned, and that instantly unassigned the settler and further makes said settler refuse to do any work, always stays 'unassigned' and won't accept any job. Biggest thing is it will crash my game if I try to delete, store, repair, move the 'invisible' crops (I can target them both in/out of build menu, just cannot see them)

 

Does anyone know how to remove them without crashing the game? And if not, how would I go about 'replacing' my settlement without losing the settlers (I got most of the lv 4 venders, rather not lose them, took ages to get them to actually 'stay') - I don't mind so much having to completely rebuild the town, but this bug is killing my game.(I have to avoid visiting sanctuary as much as possible because the crash always happens if I spend too much time, i figure someone, one of the settlers, is attempting to harvest them or something which triggers the crash)

 

if one knows what mod may be causing this(I got a long list of around 100 mods) maybe I can uninstall, fix, and reinstall? (I tried this but the crops are still there after reloading, and have to re-assign all crops again, still causes crash)

bug in-case thread got buried before anyone saw.

Attempted to use cell ripper to move older save into slot, but this caused new issue, where sanctuary is no longer listed on my settlement list (cannot move settlers) so had to revert to original.

 

seems all I can do is restart my game :(

last ditch try to see if anyone has had similar issue and found a fix(Without restarting game completely) - Still got a gourd and a razorgrain that crash my game in sanctuary
