jedimembrain Posted September 23, 2011 Share Posted September 23, 2011 I would like the idea of a hardcore mode but not how Obsidian used it in NV .. I like the idea that you need to sleep and eat as well as have water .. same reason I liked how Oblivion tried to have sicknesses .. but they both handled it wrong imo .. I would like those features cause they do two things .. 1: Make the game more immersive. When I'm playing NV and I suddenly get a warning that I'm tired and my stats drop down it makes me look for a bed.. it feels really natural aside from the fact that if I was really tired I would sleep anyhere so the game needed bedroll mods 2: Give a reason for the beds and campfires besides just props and minor skill increase boosts.. I hate useless props that temps me with ideas only to see the ovens are nothing more that pilot lite dispensers. ~_~ .. But we already know Skyrim doesn't have a hardcore mode ..
